Select products in our Preorder items are offered for in-store pickup only as part of our commitment to supporting our local community. We frequently make high-demand products available at MSRP with a strict one SKU per person limit to keep things fair and accessible for everyone. Orders placed outside of this policy—including multiple orders intended to bypass the one-SKU limit—will be automatically cancelled and refunded minus a 10% fee, which covers administrative time and nonrefundable credit card processing fees. This policy is enforced consistently, with no exceptions, and helps us continue bringing sought-after products to our community the right way.
