Consignment Agreement & Disclosure

This agreement outlines the terms for selling items on consignment with our store.

1. How Consignment Works

You (the Consignor) provide items for us to sell in our store. We handle displaying, marketing, and processing the sale. When your item sells, we retain a percentage of the sale price as our fee.

There are no monthly fees. We only take a percentage when an item sells.

2. Commission Options

You may choose one of the following payout options:

Option A – Store Credit (25% Commission)

  • The store keeps 25% of the final sale price.

  • You receive 75% of the final sale price as store credit.

  • Store credit is issued on the Monday following the week your item was sold.

Option B – Cash Payout (35% Commission)

  • The store keeps 35% of the final sale price.

  • You receive 65% of the final sale price as a cash payout.

  • Payouts are processed on the Monday following the week your item sold (assuming a bank holiday does not cause delays).

(“Sales week” refers to Monday–Sunday. Sales are finalized and processed the following Monday.)

3. Fees

  • No listing fees

  • No monthly fees

  • No storage fees

  • We only take our agreed percentage when an item sells

4. Pricing & Sales

  • Final sale prices must be agreed upon before items are listed.

  • The store reserves the right to discuss price adjustments with you if items are not selling.

5. Payment Timing

All sales from the previous Monday to Sunday period are calculated and processed the following Monday.

6. Damage, Loss & Liability

  • While we take reasonable care in handling and storing consigned items, all items are left at the Consignor’s risk.

  • The store is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, water damage, accidental damage, or other unforeseen events.

  • The store does not provide insurance coverage for consigned items.

  • Consignors are encouraged to ensure high-value items are handled independently if desired.

  • If damage occurs due to clear negligence by store staff, the store’s liability will not exceed the agreed-upon sale price of the item.

7. Unsold Items

Unsold items remain the property of the Consignor and may be picked up upon request.
