Cancellation policy

Preorders

All pre-ordered items are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable. Release dates are estimated by their manufacturers; the actual release date may change without notice. Pre-ordered items typically reach our store on or before the release date and will be available for pickup on pre-release/release day. Shipping for preorders is completed within 2-3 business days of the manufacturer's street date (not prerelease date). We are a small business that supports our local community by frequently offering hot products at MSRP for in-store pickup only, with a one sku per person limit. Orders placed outside of that policy are automatically cancelled and refunded, less a 10% fee for administrative time and subsequent nonrefundable credit card transaction fees, with no exceptions. It is stated clearly on each of these listings, at the top of our "Shop" page, and twice at checkout. We strictly adhere to these posted policies.

Cancellations

All online order cancellations will incur a 5% cancellation fee, as the payment processor does not refund credit card transaction fees. NO REFUNDS ON PREORDERS. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. By ordering from our website, you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances once it has shipped. 

Chargebacks

A $25 fee will be applied for any chargeback that is resolved in our favor.
